Navigate to **Lasernet** > **Common** > **Reports**, then click **Setup**. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c831ef63-c6b3-48ee-b443-3e33644e4e2e/Images/Documentation/image-I4UF30YN.png) 1. If exporting or copying a report, ensure that the correct report is selected. If importing, any report can be selected. In the **Backup** section of the toolbar, the same options for **Export**, **Import**, and **Copy** are available. However, when these are used from the **Reports** list page. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c831ef63-c6b3-48ee-b443-3e33644e4e2e/Images/Documentation/image-PIMZLXZC.png) The **Export/Copy** wizard will be filtered to the selected report, and the list of tables will be filtered to only include the configuration related to that report. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c831ef63-c6b3-48ee-b443-3e33644e4e2e/Images/Documentation/image-ZKJTFWYN.png) The rest of the functionality is the same as if run from the **Backup** menu items under **Common**. ### Example In this example, we will describe a scenario where the **Import report backup** is used: 1. Navigate to **Lasernet** > **Common** > **Reports** > **Setup** > **Import report backup.** ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c831ef63-c6b3-48ee-b443-3e33644e4e2e/Images/Documentation/image-QLLHOO0M.png) 1. Upon importing a report, set the **Endpoint type** to **Lasernet connection**. To find a report, the **Connection** should be the storage that contains the report. Once the file has been opened, the file name will appear in the **Filename** field. Mark **Dynamic** to get to the next step without reading the file. This provides the option to configure the batch schedule without needing to add the file, as the system would otherwise not allow proceeding to the next step. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c831ef63-c6b3-48ee-b443-3e33644e4e2e/Images/Documentation/image-ZD4YS0V2.png) #### Export Tables The following is a list of all the different tables that can be added to the export/import: | Field | Description | | --- | --- | | Reports | Add selected reports to the export. | | Report destinations | Include report destination setup to the export. | | Setup email bodies | Include email body and subject for the selected reports to the export. | | Custom properties on destinations | Include custom properties of the destination from the selected reports to the export. | | Custom properties | Include values of custom properties to the export. | | Related sources | Include related sources from the selected reports to the export. | | Related sources (relations fields) | Include fields of the related sources to the export. | | Report forms | Include settings for setting up the report reprinting buttons to the export. | | Dialog setup | Include settings from the Dialog Setup to the export. | | Dialog setup, Report forms | Include ranges from the **Reprint** forms to the export. | | Attachments | Include report attachments setup to the export. | | Report structure | Include report elements structure to the export. | | File formats | Include report elements structure to the export. | | File formats | Include file formats to the export. | | Language Text | Include language texts from the **LACLanguageText** table to the export. | | Custom properties | Include custom properties settings from the main menu, not from the selected reports to the export. | | Allowed reports | Include the **Allowed report** list from the Customer/Vendor contacts to the export. | | Naming patterns | Include naming patterns of the selected reports to the export. | | Overlay type setup | Include all overlay setup rules to the export. | | Overlay sets | Include all overlay sets to the export. | | Lasernet Log | Include the archive overview (log). | | Document value | Includes the archive file reference to the export. | | Reference | Includes the reference from Microsoft © Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (GUID ID) to the export. | | Customer/Vendor contacts | The **LACCustVendContacts** table holds simplified information about customer and/or vendor contacts. This represents a much simpler contact information entry for Lasernet. | | Custom ports | Include all custom ports to the export. | | Overlay files | Include all overlay files to the export. | | Printers | Include all printers to the export. | | Printer Profiles | Include all printer profiles to the export. | | Network printers | Include network printers to the export. | | Quick destinations | Include quick destination to the export. | | Azure parameters | Include values from the **Azure parameters** to the export. | | Azure On-premises user mapping | Include the user mappings to the export. | | Lasernet servers | Include **Lasernet servers** to the export. | | Lasernet AX parameters | Include values from **Lasernet parameters** to the export. | | Default export/import selection | Include export/import profiles to the export. | | Default export/import company selection | Include default companies from the export profiles to the export. | | Default export/import table selection | Include default tables from the export profiles to the export. | | Report identification | Include report identifications to the export. |
