The window accepts the first typed letter of the user name but does not accept any subsequent key presses. ![Lasernet Sign In window with a single character entered into the user name field](https://cdn.document360.io/c831ef63-c6b3-48ee-b443-3e33644e4e2e/Images/Documentation/unresponsive user name field.png) To check which version of WebView2 is installed, see the **Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime** entry in the **Programs and Features** area of Control Panel. ![Screenshot of Windows Programs and Features that shows which version of WebView2 is installed](https://cdn.document360.io/c831ef63-c6b3-48ee-b443-3e33644e4e2e/Images/Documentation/WebView2 in Programs and Features 2.png) ## Workarounds Use the following workarounds: - Paste the username into the window. - Right-click in the username field and then enter the next character of the user name. - Add an “x” in front of the user name that you are entering and then remove it afterwards. ## Resolution This issue is resolved in WebView2 version 134.0.3124.68. WebView2 is automatically updated, so this issue will be resolved when the new version of WebView2 is installed.
