Users must now configure the service bus. This is the mechanism that the Lasernet Connector uses to communicate with Lasernet to send files back and forth. For hosted customers, the connection string can be found in the Hosted Service Information section of [Azure Service Bus Details](/v1/docs/lasernet-cloud-hosted-customers#customer-information-document). Once the connection string is obtained, follow these steps: 1. Navigate to **Lasernet** > **Setup** > **Admin** > **Connections**. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c831ef63-c6b3-48ee-b443-3e33644e4e2e/Images/Documentation/image (11)(15).png) Because the default configuration is installed in this entity, there are several connections already created: ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c831ef63-c6b3-48ee-b443-3e33644e4e2e/Images/Documentation/image (12)(15).png) 1. Click **Save**, type a sensible queue name into the **Queue name** field, and click **Save** again. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c831ef63-c6b3-48ee-b443-3e33644e4e2e/Images/Documentation/image (13)(15).png) The following dialog box appears: ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c831ef63-c6b3-48ee-b443-3e33644e4e2e/Images/Documentation/image (14)(15).png) 1. Click **Validate**, and a message in the blue bar appears, indicating that the connection is successfully validated. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c831ef63-c6b3-48ee-b443-3e33644e4e2e/Images/Documentation/image (15)(13).png) ## Configure Azure Storage In this instance, we are using the storage that comes with Dynamics, so there is nothing else to configure outside of the system. Follow these steps to configure the Azure Storage: 1. Navigate to **Lasernet** > **Setup** > **Admin** > **Connections** and click **New**. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c831ef63-c6b3-48ee-b443-3e33644e4e2e/Images/Documentation/image (16)(13).png) 1. Enter the following details into the appropriate fields: **Connection ID:** Enter a sensible name **Connection type:** Storage **Type:** Select **Azure storage** from the dropdown ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c831ef63-c6b3-48ee-b443-3e33644e4e2e/Images/Documentation/image-AVMJOYDM(1).png) 1. Click **Save** and, in the **Instance name** field, select **lasernet** from the dropdown menu. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c831ef63-c6b3-48ee-b443-3e33644e4e2e/Images/Documentation/image-ZDDBPZX2(1).png) 1. Click **Save** again, then click **Validate**. A message in a blue bar is displayed indicating that the validation was successful. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c831ef63-c6b3-48ee-b443-3e33644e4e2e/Images/Documentation/image (17)(14).png) ## Configure Server To let the Lasernet Connector know that the connections must be used to connect to the Lasernet server, navigate to **Lasernet** > **Setup** > **Administration** > **Lasernet servers**. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c831ef63-c6b3-48ee-b443-3e33644e4e2e/Images/Documentation/image-5ZB6YD6O.png) A test server has already been created as part of the default configuration. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c831ef63-c6b3-48ee-b443-3e33644e4e2e/Images/Documentation/image (18)(13).png) To update the test server with the connections that have just been created, follow these steps: 1. For the Outgoing connection, select the **Azure Service Bus Queue,** which was configured during the previous page. 2. In the **D365FO connection to reports storage** dropdown, select **Azure Storage**, which was configured in the previous step. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c831ef63-c6b3-48ee-b443-3e33644e4e2e/Images/Documentation/image (19)(14).png) The other storage options should be left blank. 1. Toggle the **Active** button to **Yes**. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c831ef63-c6b3-48ee-b443-3e33644e4e2e/Images/Documentation/image (20)(13).png) Before this configuration can be validated successfully, the Lasernet server must be configured to connect to this instance of Finance and Operations.
