This error may also appear when you select **Test connection** on the Azure Storage connection within the Lasernet Developer. ## Solution 1. Navigate to Lasernet Developer > **Commands** and double-click the Azure Storage you are trying to use. 2. Identify what type of credentials you are using to connect to the Azure Storage. - If you are using **Name + Key**, navigate to your Azure portal and find your storage account. The key may have been rotated. Copy the connection string. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c831ef63-c6b3-48ee-b443-3e33644e4e2e/Images/Documentation/1638796702601.png) - If you are using **Shared Access Signature token (SAS)**, navigate to your Azure portal, find the storage account, and find the Shared Access Signature.
