The first FastTab available for each report on the Reports list page is General.
The General FastTab includes the same information available to the user on the left-hand side of the page, above the reports list, plus an extra button:
Report Active status
Report name
Description
Origin: SSRS report, query, and class
Report design name
Enable embedded designs toggle
Design version field and Design version Expression button
