# How Do I Check and Reprocess Failed Jobs in Lasernet?

**Applies to:** Lasernet 9, Lasernet Core 10

If a job has failed in Lasernet, it is often because communication cannot be established between an output module and the external environment. Failed jobs can be reprocessed by using the **Release as is** tab.

## Lasernet 9 - Client

To retry a failed job, follow these steps:

1. Click the **Failed** option in the **Tools** menu, and any failed jobs will appear in the Workspace.
2. Select the job you wish to retry, select the **Release as is** tab in the Toolbar, and click **Yes** in the popup box to release the job as it is.

Lasernet will process the job again from the same state in which it failed earlier, try to reconnect, and resend it. If the job succeeds, it will be removed from the failed job queue.

Alternatively, click **Remove** to delete jobs from the failed job queue.
