Implementation Process for Customers Using a Self-Hosted Cloud or On-Premises System

To implement SSO for a self-hosted cloud system or on-premises Autoform DM system, you must follow the full Autoform DM SSO implementation process.

Steps

For each step of the following process, the linked page provides instructions on how to complete the task:

  1. Check the installation prerequisites.

  2. Configure the IdP.

  3. Install and configure Keycloak.

  4. Configure the Autoform DM SSO capability.

Note

The Technology and SSO Flow part of this guide describes the elements of the Autoform DM SSO solution and how they interact. Understanding these elements can help you to complete the implementation process.

Integrate Applications and Services With Autoform DM

Other applications and services integrate with Autoform DM (through its REST API) via an OAuth 2.0 flow. For more information on how to set up this integration, see Integrate Applications and Services (Lasernet, Other Lasernet Group Applications, and Third-Party Applications) with Autoform DM.

Testing

After you have completed this process, thoroughly test that:

  • Authenticated users and applications can access Autoform DM.

  • Users and applications can access only the Autoform DM applications and data that they should have access to.
