# Implementation Process for Lasernet Cloud Customers

A key benefit of being a Lasernet cloud customer is that the Lasernet Group installs and configures your Lasernet Group systems. To implement SSO for you, Lasernet Group needs to understand your requirements, preferences, and the design of your existing identity infrastructure. Also, at appropriate points of the implementation process, Lasernet Group will ask you to complete particular actions on your infrastructure, and will ask you to supply information that we need for the next stage of the process.

The information on this page summarises some key aspects of this implementation process, whose stages will happen in different ways or at different times depending on the nature of the project. So, the information below does not describe a set of sequential steps; rather, it summarises these key aspects.

## The Implementation Process Involves Discussion and Coordination Between the Lasernet Group and the Customer

Although the Lasernet Group manages the implementation project, implementing features such as Autoform DM SSO is a collaborative process that requires ongoing conversation and coordination between the Lasernet Group and the customer organization (or their implementation partners).
