Document Layout Filter does not filter if the value is empty

Fixed an issue where the Document layout filter did not apply the filter when there was no item number. For example, when adding a comment line on your sales order or an empty line.

New report – Purchase Document Test

Support for Purchase Document Test report (BC ReportId 402). This report covers the following test reports:

• Purchase Order

• Purchase Return Order

• Purchase Invoice

• Purchase Credit Memo

Note that these four reports do not have a test report for each document type, but they are all using the same report in BC.
