| User Interface | Logo, typeface, and colors | The Keep UI now reflects the new Lasernet Group company branding. |
| - Homepage - Administrator uploads and server settings | Minor layout changes to improve usability. |
| Keep Installer | Logo, installation path, and generated HTTPS certificates | The Keep installer also reflects the new Lasernet Group company branding, including a revised installation path and updated default values for generated HTTPS certificates. |
| Keep Server | Document sharing | It is now possible to search for and then share a document with a user from another organization by creating a secure link and sending it to them. |
| Notes auditing | Audit events are now available for notes. |
