This article provides a solution to avoid reports of the same kind being merged when printed via the AX batch server. This solution applies to Lasernet Connector versions older than 4.2.0.0.
Resolution
Follow these steps:
Navigate to Administration > Setup > System > Server configuration.
Find the batch server used to handle print through Lasernet.
Set the parameter Maximum batch threads on this server to one (1), and the problem will be solved.
Additional Information
This is a standard AX problem. AX runs into problems when the AX batch server is multi-threaded. We have seen this issue with Pickinglist and Invoices.

A fix has been released for this in Lasernet Connector 4.2.0.0.
