The report can be run as a regular job or as a batch job. ### Regular Job To run the report as a regular job, select **Run report** and ensure the **Batch processing** option is set to **No** in the **Run in the background** FastTab. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c831ef63-c6b3-48ee-b443-3e33644e4e2e/Images/Documentation/image-MXPI1F92.png) The dialog's **Parameters** are all those that have the **Show** functionality enabled on the **Dialog setup** > **Parameters** FastTab. Here, you can define a query using specific tables and defined ranges, as well as sorting criteria. It is possible to add and remove **Criteria** used within the report, as well as modify the tables in use. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c831ef63-c6b3-48ee-b443-3e33644e4e2e/Images/Documentation/image-WY6QEFTQ.png) ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c831ef63-c6b3-48ee-b443-3e33644e4e2e/Images/Documentation/image-Q3E0Y92R.png) Setting the **Show system names** toggle button to **Yes** shows the system names for the table and field names in the lookup. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c831ef63-c6b3-48ee-b443-3e33644e4e2e/Images/Documentation/image-8WX5RS7O.png) ### Batch Job You can run a report as a batch job.
