The SAP Converter modifier is used for converting SAPscript files, specifically RDI (Raw Data Interface) forms and XSF (XML for Smart Forms) files, into XML.

In SAP environments, RDI stands for Raw Data Interface, an intermediate data format used to transmit print or document data.
XSF is an XML schema that extracts the raw textual contents of a form (such as a purchase order or invoice) without any layout details. It enables external applications to access and process form data.

RDI Settings

Input Code Page	This setting enables you to define the input code page to correctly retrieve and process extended characters.
Merge multi-line include text into one element	When this checkbox is selected, text lines are grouped into a single XML element in the output file. When it is cleared, the output file contains one XML element per line.

XSF Settings

Include section elements in output

When this checkbox is selected, an additional <section> element is included in the XML output. This element contains an attribute whose name matches the corresponding section in the input document. In some XSF files, the <section> element can be used to distinguish between different parts of the dataset. When the checkbox is cleared, the <section> element is omitted from the XML output.
