Warning: 'The Report Destination Is not Valid for Batch Processing'

This article provides a solution for the following warning message that may appear in AX 2012 when configuring a batch job:

Warning

The report destination is not valid for batch processing. Select a destination that is accessible from the computer that processes batch jobs.

Note

This warning message is a standard warning from AX 2012.

Resolution

1. Define a different destination.

2. In AX 2012, define all options within the Printer Setup dropdown list, Original and Copy.

Note

Batch jobs cannot be printed to Screen or Lasernet screen.
