# User Role

The Lasernet Cloud Print user role enables you to control the user's access to update and download Cloud printers. It can be set on the **Users** page (**System administration** > **Users** > **Users**).

1. Open a user record to edit it.
2. Click **Assign roles**.
3. Define the required settings on the panel that appears on the right side of the screen.

Users assigned to the Lasernet Cloud Print user role are granted the following permissions:

- Access to the **Azure User mapping** form.
- Availability of the **Refresh** button on the Print destination settings panel.
- Availability of the following buttons for LACPrinters: **Download Lasernet Cloud Printers**, **Download Cloud Print Connector-configuration**, **Download Lasernet Cloud Print Connector**.
