What is Download?
The Download feature enables the retrieval of an attached file for a matched record stored in Autoform DM. Display a customer statement on-demand for a search result or embed a customer image, such as an identity document, directly into a view within the UXP Browser.
Using enquiries, the Download functionality can be linked to a search to facilitate ad-hoc document retrieval for search results. Download also enables you to use an enquiry to execute an Autoform DM search based on specific search parameters and subsequently embed the matched file within a view.
Lasernet Group Download Configuration
Lasernet Group Configuration: The Enquiry template, provided by Temenos for quick-start implementation of the search functionality, already includes configured Download capabilities for matching documents by ID. For guidance on this, please refer to the template.
Embedding images requires an Autoform DM Search Application designed to retrieve necessary customer images, accompanied by a field containing a unique identifier used for matching purposes (typically the Customer Unique Key).
