What is Search?

The Search feature seamlessly integrates with the Autoform DM document management solution, enabling you to accurately match customer documents through an enquiry and conveniently view the results within the UXP Browser.

Offering full customization of query and result fields, you can match and view customer documents effortlessly. Retrieve and embed the list of the current month’s statements for the currently viewed customer straight from your document management solution. By setting up and configuring a Standard Selection you can define the fields available for filtering search results. Any number of enquiries can then be defined against these, which then target a specific DM Search Application and expose mapped result fields in the returned records.

Lasernet Group Search Configuration

Lasernet Group Configuration: The Standard Selection defines the search filter fields based on the names of available query fields in your DM Search Applications. Enquiries can be used to perform ad-hoc searches and embed results in views. Specify the name of the DM Search application to be executed and define mapped result fields to display documents.
